Goru Training Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our training and development solutions business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategic partnerships. This individual will also lead sales and marketing efforts, develop proposals, and achieve sales targets.

The Business Development

Manager will collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business development strategies, as well as analyze market trends and competitor activities. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the training industry is preferred.

- Drive B2B consultative selling efforts to secure new business partnerships particularly SME's

- Identify and target potential clients through B2B lead generation strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the corporate sector




- Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective B2B sales and business development strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored sales pitches and presentations
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales pipeline and progress
- Represent Goru Training at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness
- Continuously improve product knowledge and consultative selling techniques to drive business growth.
