What You’ll DoField Prospecting

- Meet business owners, founders, and marketing leads face-to-face in your assigned territory.
- Pitch & Consult: Present customized digital marketing strategies that solve client growth challenges.
- Close & Onboard: Negotiate monthly retainers, close contracts, and smoothly transition recent accounts to our team.
- Hit Targets: Drive monthly revenue growth with lucrative, uncapped commission incentives.

What We’re Looking For

- 2 years of B2B field sales experience (digital marketing or agency background preferred).




- Strong grasp of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Web Dev).
- Natural closer with exceptional face-to-face communication and negotiation skills.
- Daily local mobility required (own vehicle preferred).
