The Business Development
Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and helping clients scale their workforce efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing sector.
- Conduct market research to identify target industries, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain solid, consultative relationships with HR heads, talent acquisition teams, and C-level executives.
- Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of client needs.
- Respond to RFPs and prepare compelling proposals and presentations.
- Track business performance metrics and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Keep up with industry trends, including employment law changes, recruitment technologies, and workforce shifts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and deliver client-focused solutions.
- High energy, proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
