We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead new business acquisition and build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across FMCG, Beauty, Lifestyle, D2C, BFSI, Automobile, and other key categories.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry connections.
- Pitch and close influencer marketing, creator-led campaigns, and digital marketing solutions.
- Build relationships with Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, CMOs, and Agency Partners.
- Understand client objectives and work closely with strategy, creative, and client servicing teams to develop relevant proposals.
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and business acquisition targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Business Development,



Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably in influencer marketing, advertising, digital marketing, media, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the digital and influencer marketing ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach with a solid hunter mindset.
- Existing relationships with brands/agencies will be an added advantage.
