nRole Description:

n• Generate new B2B business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals, email campaigns, and other channels

n• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

n• Conduct regular face-to-face client meetings and field visits

n• Present our services and prepare proposals/quotations

n• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure





n• Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into clients

n• Develop long-term client relationships and identify repeat/upselling opportunities

nQualifications

- 3–4 years of proven experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Client Acquisition / Account Management
n
- Candidates with a sales background in the machinery/engineering industry and familiarity with CAD softwares will be preferred

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Strong field sales and client-facing experience

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
