Designation: Business Development Manager

Location: Indore, MP – Work from Office

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, lead generation, and networking.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant platforms.
- Handle international clients and markets, understand their business requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to convert leads into business.
- Develop proposals, quotations, and business presentations based on client requirements.
- Identify new markets and opportunities to drive business growth.
- Meet and exceed business development and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.




- 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Hands-on experience in international business development and international markets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve business development and revenue targets.
- Valuable understanding of the IT services industry and B2B sales.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities independently.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
