Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate new business through networking, referrals & market research

✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships

✅ Conduct client meetings, presentations & negotiations

✅ Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

✅ Prepare business proposals, quotations & commercial offers

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover

✅ Monitor market trends, competitors & customer requirements

✅ Develop strategies to expand the customer base & market presence

✅ Maintain leads, sales activities & client records in CRM

✅ Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions & networking programs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills

Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Relationship Management

Knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
