Tuck is an AI fit intelligence platform for apparel ecommerce merchants, focused on reducing size-related returns and increasing conversions. The company offers its technology through a Shopify plugin, API, and in-store kiosks, enabling shoppers to find clothes that fit before checkout.

We are looking for hungry, target-driven Business Development Interns to join our core team at Xapien Innovatus (XIPL) in Kochi. We are building category-defining AI tech, and we need aggressive go-getters to help us bring it to global merchants. This is a 3-month paid internship.

What we are looking for:

- The Closer's Edge: We hand you a highly qualified list of leads. Your only focus is bringing the warmth, pitching with conviction, and converting them into partners.
- Relentless Follow-up: You understand that the deal is closed in the follow-up and you never drop the ball.
- Resilience: Rejections don't slow you down; they fuel you to refine your pitch.

You aren't here for the base pay alone. You want to chase aggressive performance incentives and see the direct financial results of your hustle.

The catch: This 3-month stint is a direct audition for a full time career. We offer a solid base stipend, but the real attraction is the heavy performance incentives—if you can sell, you will earn. We are only looking for closers who want to prove themselves, hit targets, and convert this into a permanent role with us.
