Role & responsibilities

Identify and develop current business opportunities across targeted industries and customer segments. Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, databases, events, digital outreach and market research.

Pitch

UniteClouds IT services, software products and technology solutions to prospective customers. Understand customers’ business challenges and recommend appropriate products, services or customized solutions. Connect with business owners, senior management, procurement teams and key decision-makers. Conduct product demonstrations, service presentations and solution discussions. Coordinate with technical and product teams to prepare appropriate solutions for customer requirements. Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, commercial offers and other sales documents. Handle customer questions, objections, pricing discussions and commercial negotiations. Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to agreement and closure.



Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual customer-acquisition and revenue targets. Develop long-term relationships with customers, partners and industry stakeholders. Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, renewals and account expansion. Coordinate with Product, Technical, Marketing and Customer Support teams for successful onboarding and delivery handover. Maintain updated lead, meeting, proposal, follow-up, pipeline and revenue information in the CRM. Monitor competitors, market trends, customer expectations and emerging business opportunities.

Represent

UniteCloud at customer meetings, networking events, exhibitions and industry forums when required. Prepare regular pipeline, sales forecast, conversion and performance reports for management.
