Your role will involve:

- Researching and identifying STEM companies across the UK & EU that fit our target customer profile.
- Generating qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting and other channels.
- Engaging with prospects to understand their staffing and recruitment requirements.
- Qualifying prospects based on their business potential, hiring needs and decision-making structure.




- Setting up qualified meetings between prospects and BDMs / senior business development stakeholders.
- Ensuring smooth handover of qualified opportunities to the UK/EU sales and business development teams.
- Keeping up with STEM industry trends and UK/EU staffing market developments.

Must-have:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ year of experience as an International BDE / Lead Generation Specialist, preferably within a staffing or recruitment company.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and outbound prospecting.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and objection-handling skills.
- Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead-generation platforms
- Strong target orientation, resilience and follow-up discipline.

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Shift Timings : 12:30 to 10:00 PM / 1:30 to 11:00 PM
