Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including building and managing a pipeline of prospective partners, institutions, and corporate clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting lead generation activities, reaching out to potential customers, presenting Scalup’s programs, and following up to convert leads into long-term relationships. The role involves managing client accounts, understanding their training needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement.

The Business Development





Executive will also support sales reporting, market research, and participation in events or meetings that promote Scalup’s offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, negotiate agreements, and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in EdTech, digital marketing, or B2B sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and MS Office or similar productivity software is an advantage.
