Role: Business Development Executive B2B Software Solutions

Role and Responsibilities

Promote Secure Tracking Solutions’ School Bus Management, Indoor Management, Energy Management and Waste Management software.

Identify potential customers such as schools, hospitals, industries, commercial buildings, municipalities and waste management companies.

Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, referrals, networking and other sales activities.

Understand customer requirements, arrange product demonstrations and explain relevant features and benefits.

Build relationships with decision-makers, prepare proposals and quotations, follow up on opportunities, and close sales.

Work towards monthly sales targets and maintain accurate lead and activity updates in the company CRM.

Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams during customer onboarding and follow up for feedback.

Travel within the assigned territory and provide regular sales activity updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline. An MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales is an advantage, but not mandatory.





1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales or business development, preferably in software, IT products or SaaS.

Freshers with robust communication skills and an interest in sales may also apply.

Good spoken Tamil and English; knowledge of the local language and market is preferred.

Confident in customer meetings, presentations, follow-ups and negotiations.

Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable with field work and local travel.

Basic computer, smartphone and CRM skills.

A two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred for territory visits.
