What you'll do

? Make outbound cold calls and send cold emails to prospects in the USA and Australia

? Qualify leads and set up discovery calls for the sales team

? Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

? Support outreach research and lead list building

What we're looking for

? 1+ years of experience in business development, telecalling, or inside sales

? Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails to international clients

? Basic familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)

? Explicit, confident English communication

? Willingness to work shifts aligned with USA or Australia hours
