About the Role

We're hiring a Business Development Executive to independently identify, pursue, and close B2B business on behalf of our client. This is a full-cycle role — from prospecting through to closing — for someone who can judge which prospects are worth pursuing, not just execute outreach volume.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prioritise B2B prospects across relevant markets
- Run cold email and LinkedIn outreach (incl. Sales Navigator) to initiate conversations
- Qualify prospects based on fit and potential, not just responsiveness
- Own the deal from first contact through negotiation and close
- Maintain pipeline and lead data in CRM
- Track outreach, meetings, and conversion metrics
- Refine targeting and messaging based on what's converting

Requirements





- 1–3 years in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Inside Sales
- Strong prospect research and qualification judgment
- Hands-on LinkedIn and cold email outreach experience
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or LeadSquared)
- Confident negotiating and closing, not just generating leads
- Self-motivated and target-driven

Compensation: As per market standards + performance-linked incentive
