Role Description The Business Development Executive – Interior Fit-Out is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in commercial interior projects, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. The individual will engage with prospective clients, conduct meetings and presentations, understand project requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, maintaining relationships with existing clients, tracking opportunities,



preparing sales reports, and supporting contract negotiations to meet revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills.
- Candidates should possess business-focused skills, including market understanding and opportunity identification.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including presentation and client interaction abilities.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Candidates with PMC experience preferred.
- Experience in interior fit-out, corporate infrastructure, or related construction/interiors industry is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, travel for client meetings as needed, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, along with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
