The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B/B2C sales, client relationship management, and market development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits, and networking
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions (CRM/MIS reports)
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate Sales, Marketing, or related field in HVAC and Insulation industry
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred:
- Existing client network in HVAC and Insulation industry
- Local language proficiency and knowledge of the regional market
