We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident in field sales and passionate about building new business opportunities in the healthcare technology / patient management software space.

? Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through field visits and direct client meetings
- Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and healthcare businesses
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads
- Demonstrate and explain patient management software to prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Maintain daily records of visits, leads, meetings and follow-ups




- Coordinate with the internal team for product demos and onboarding

? Requirements

✅ 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development

✅ Strong communication and convincing skills

✅ Comfortable with regular field visits across Delhi NCR

✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated

✅ Experience in Healthcare, SaaS, Software or Medical Sales will be preferred

✅ Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
