Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads,



and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients across the firm’s practice areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting potential clients, understanding their financial needs, presenting appropriate services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation for identifying opportunities and building a robust client pipeline.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in client relationship management tools, basic financial understanding, and familiarity with corporate finance or banking environments.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Finance, Management, Economics) and prior experience in business development or sales in financial services or consulting is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
