Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to engage inbound leads, understand their needs, and convert them into clients for our digital and technology services.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact new leads immediately after they come in to understand their requirements.
- Clearly explain our services, packages, pricing, and offerings.
- Follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp, adhering to the defined SOP.
- Meet monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or sales support.
- Any graduate (UG).
- Solid communication skills and confidence on calls.
- Skills: Business Development, Sales, Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Presales.
