Role Description The Business Development Executive role at Eazy Arts is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, including researching potential markets, generating and qualifying leads, and building a robust sales pipeline.

The Business Development

Executive will manage relationships with key accounts, conduct meetings and product presentations, and maintain regular communication with partners and customers. Daily activities include collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings, tracking performance against targets, preparing reports,



and providing feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Ability to drive growth through New Business Development and Business expansion activities.
- Robust Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
- Proficient in Account Management, with experience maintaining and nurturing client relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably in consumer products, creative industries, or e-commerce.
- Comfort working with targets, CRM tools, and basic data analysis to inform decisions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

What we offer:

- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month
