We’re looking for someone who believes business development is more than making calls and sending proposals.

It’s about understanding businesses, spotting opportunities, building relationships and turning a good conversation into a great partnership.

? What will you be doing?• Identify and generate new business opportunities

- Prospect and connect with founders, CXOs and decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand business challenges and identify where DAXTA can add value
- Pitch our Marketing, Branding, Performance Marketing & Technology solutions
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
- Conduct meetings, prepare proposals and negotiate with prospects
- Follow up relentlessly — but intelligently ?
- Work closely with our strategy, creative, performance and tech teams
- Track sales activity, conversions and revenue targets
