- Knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, Guru and Linkedin)
- Getting projects and making new clients for the company.
- Candidate should Know how to write a project proposal.
- Generate business via portals like Upwork, PPH, and Freelancer.
- Make cold calls to explore current business opportunities and interact with clients.
- Manage the end-to-end bid process.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirements and acquisition.
- Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all products/services are included in the final price to the customer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Bringing new projects through bidding. Client communication and Proposal making/writing, excellent communication & interpersonal skills flair for business development.
- Should be comfortable in client interaction.
