WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – INTERNATIONAL SALES

Location: Surat & Mumbai

Experience: 1–5 Years

Mandatory: B2C Sales Experience

We’re looking for a dynamic & result-oriented International Sales Executive with experience in B2C sales, preferably from Logistics, Courier, Aggregator, E-commerce, or International Courier companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking & referrals
- Acquire exporters, manufacturers, D2C brands, SMEs & e-commerce clients
- Handle client visits, presentations, negotiations & business development
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records
- Coordinate with Operations & Customer Success teams
- Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business





Requirements ✔ 1–5 years of B2C sales experience

✔ Strong English communication & negotiation skills

✔ Experience in international shipping/courier/logistics preferred

✔ Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

✔ CRM & MS Office knowledge
