We are looking for amotivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive / IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales or business development, a strong interest in lead generation, and the confidence to engage with potential clients through field visits, cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales activities.

- Identify, qualify, and develop potential prospects and new business opportunities.

- Conduct regular meetings and visits with prospective clients.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT products, services, and solutions.

- Present company solutions professionally to potential customers.

- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects and convert opportunities into clients.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, prospects,



and sales activities.

- Stay updated on the company’s IT products, services, and solutions.

- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth handling of customer requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.

- Strong interest and ability in lead generation and prospecting.

- Ability to generate a good volume of qualified prospects on a monthly basis.

- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and access to a two-wheeler.

- Willingness to undertake field/outdoor sales activities.

- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Confident, presentable, and professional when interacting with clients.

- Willingness and ability to learn about IT products and solutions.

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

- Good negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
