Position: Business Development Executive – Field Sales

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with strong field sales and client acquisition skills. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential and existing clients, presenting company services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, calls, emails, and networking.
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Visit client offices/sites to understand requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Generate leads and convert qualified prospects into customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.




- Follow up with prospects and clients to drive sales closure.
- Prepare and deliver product/service presentations and proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop territory-wise sales strategies and identify potential markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, order processing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update the CRM/MIS.
- Travel to different locations as required for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
