Position: Sales Manager

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years

Industry: Software / CRM / ERP Sales (Manufacturing domain experience preferred)

Location: Bavdhan, Pune

Salary: Competitive; commensurate with experience and performance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales of ERP, CRM, and custom software solutions, with a focus on the manufacturing sector
2. Identify and nurture recent business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building
3. Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and product demos to proposal, negotiation, and closure
4. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs
5. Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
6. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings,



and emerging technologies

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B software/CRM/ERP sales
2. Exposure to the manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
4. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
5. Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
