Global Business Line is an international business magazine and media platform covering business, leadership, entrepreneurship, technology, investment, innovation and industry developments.

Alongside our magazine and digital publication, we organize CXO-focused summits, leadership forums, roundtables and industry events that bring together senior executives, founders, investors, HR leaders, technology leaders and decision-makers.

We are looking for energetic and commercially driven interns who can support our event sponsorship, speaker outreach, partnerships and media sales activities.

Role Overview The Business Development & Event Partnerships Intern will work closely with the management and editorial/event teams to identify and engage potential sponsors, speakers, partners, advertisers and featured companies.

This is a business-facing role involving lead generation, calling, WhatsApp outreach, email communication, LinkedIn prospecting, follow-ups, pitching and closing business opportunities.

The intern will work across two major areas:

1. Event Business Development

You will support upcoming Global Business Line events by working on:

- Sponsorship lead generation
- Sponsor outreach
- Speaker identification and outreach
- CXO and leadership invitations
- Corporate partnerships
- Exhibition/booth sales
- Delegate partnerships
- Institutional partnerships
- Event collaboration opportunities
- Follow-ups with interested companies
- Scheduling sponsor and partnership meetings

Sales & Follow-Up Interns will be expected to:

- Understand client requirements
- Explain available packages
- Share sponsorship decks and media kits
- Send proposals
- Follow up with prospects
- Handle basic commercial discussions
- Schedule meetings for senior management
- Maintain continuous communication with interested leads
- Move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Support deal closures

Speaker Outreach Identify suitable speakers for Global Business Line events and:

- Send invitations
- Contact their offices
- Connect with executive assistants
- Coordinate with corporate communications teams
- Follow up for confirmation
- Collect speaker profiles and photographs
- Coordinate scheduling and participation information
