About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development / Business Consultant to handle qualified leads passed by our Pre-Sales team and convert them into clients.

The role involves understanding the client's unclaimed shares, lost shares, IEPF, physical shares, transmission or related investment-recovery requirements, explaining the appropriate process and building confidence to close the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with qualified leads handed over by the Pre-Sales team.
- Understand the client's shareholding and recovery requirements in detail.
- Explain The Wealth Finder's services, process, timelines and engagement terms.
- Build trust and address client questions and objections.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and drive conversions.
- Negotiate and close engagements as per company guidelines.
- Travel to the client's location for meetings, discussions or closure, as required.
- Maintain accurate client and sales information in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the internal case/execution team after closure for a smooth handover.
- Achieve defined conversion and revenue targets.

Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Consultative Sales, Financial Services, Wealth Management, Insurance, Real Estate or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi.
- Ability to understand financial/investment-related requirements and explain them simply to clients.
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a solid closing mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
- Knowledge of shares, investments, IEPF or financial services will be a strong plus.
