Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and 2-4 years of experience in US IT Staffing.
This role primarily supports sales campaign outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the US IT staffing industry, strong candidate-to-client profile-matching skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including employees, job candidates, and clients
Required Skills
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in US IT Staffing.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
- Strong ability to read and understand US IT job descriptions.
- Excellent candidate profile screening and requirement-matching skills.
- Ability to identify the most suitable client requirement for a candidate based on their profile.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, job titles, and technical skill sets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US Staffing environment.
- Willingness to work in the US on a night shift.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with client requirements and candidate submissions will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable reviewing multiple candidate profiles and matching them with relevant open positions.
