Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role is based in Bhubaneswar and supports the growth of Subudhi Techno Engineers Pvt Ltd across infrastructure and construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with clients, contractors, and government agencies. The role involves conducting market research on tenders, competitors, and industry trends, preparing and delivering presentations, and supporting bid and proposal development.





The associate will collaborate closely with senior business development and project teams, maintain sales pipelines and reports, and help strengthen the company’s presence in government and private sector projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, competitors, and tender opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and internal coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or tendering within construction or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic CRM or sales tracking systems is beneficial.
