About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Conduct product demos and pitch customized solutions to prospective clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Track pipeline progress and update CRM regularly.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in a SaaS, EdTech, or HRTech environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle objections confidently.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
