About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, growth-driven Business Development Associate to manage end-to-end business acquisition and client relations. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, acquiring both freelance and full-time projects, understanding client requirements, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Acquisition: Actively source and acquire new client projects for both freelance assignments and full-time long-term contracts.

Client Requirement Gathering: Connect with prospective clients to understand their technical or business needs, project scope, and timelines.

End-to-End Sales Pipeline: Manage the complete business development lifecycle—from cold outreach and pitching to negotiation, deal closing, and onboarding.

Client Coordination & Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and setting expectations between clients and internal teams.

Proposal & Pitching: Prepare customized proposals,



pitch decks, and cost estimations based on client specifications.

Market Research: Research potential industries, market trends, and target clients to expand the outreach database.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client coordination.

Industry & Domain Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of business acquisition processes, IT/services sales, or freelance project platforms.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for professional client interactions.

Coordination & Organization: Ability to multi-task, document client requirements accurately, and follow up regularly.

Self-Motivated & Independent: Comfortable working in a 100% remote setup with high accountability and minimal supervision.
