We are hiring for Female Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with client needs and preferences.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

Requirement:

Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook

Good English speaking and writing skills

Must be fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi & other local languages (added advantage)

Knowledge of Tally software (added advantage)

Strong communication,



negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
