Role Description The Business Development Associate (BDA) is an on-site role based in Bangalore. The BDA member will support business growth by identifying potential clients, assisting with lead generation campaigns, and conducting market and competitor research to uncover new opportunities. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, contributing to sales and partnership proposals, and maintaining accurate records of outreach and follow-up activities.





The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with market demand, engaging with prospects through calls, emails, and online meetings, and providing regular reports on pipeline progress and key metrics. This role is designed to build robust business development skills while contributing directly to the company’s expansion efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Communicate with potential customers over calls and follow-ups.
- Explain the company’s products/services clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and generate business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested leads and work toward achieving sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Update customer and lead information regularly.
- Coordinate with the team to achieve monthly business goals.

Requirements

- Good communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in Telugu, English, Hindi, Kannada, or Tamil.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic sales and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Compensation

₹13,000 – ₹18,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Additional incentives will be provided based on individual performance and achievement of targets.
