- Role Description
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits,



and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Academic and Marketing teams when required.

Requirements
- 6months - 1 years of experience in EdTech / Education Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in Business Development, Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, or Admissions.
- Excellent English and Malayalam communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
