Palasa is hiring a Business Development and Sales Associate to sell planters, plants, garden décor and landscaping solutions in Hyderabad. You’ll work with architects, interior designers, builders, businesses and homeowners, taking opportunities from the first conversation through quotation and confirmed order.

This role involves selling physical products. You’ll make sales calls, meet clients, follow up on quotations and visit project sites when needed.

What you’ll do

- Find current B2B opportunities with architects, designers, builders and commercial clients.
- Respond to enquiries from the showroom, website, social media and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Palasa products.
- Schedule and attend client meetings and project or site visits.
- Prepare quotations, follow up consistently and work towards closing orders.
- Keep calls, meetings, quotations and next steps updated in the CRM daily.




- Coordinate with internal teams after an order is confirmed.
- Work towards the activity and sales targets shared by your manager.

Who should apply You communicate confidently, enjoy building customer relationships and can take ownership of your follow-ups. Experience in interiors, furniture, building materials, home décor, landscaping or similar product sales is an advantage. You should be comfortable with client visits and sales targets. Strong English communication is important; Telugu and Hindi are an advantage.
