Nxtage Business Consulting is looking for a Frontend Business Consultant to work directly with business owners and management teams across Tamil Nadu.
The role involves understanding client operations, identifying business challenges, preparing practical action plans, and supporting the implementation of improvement initiatives across People, Process, Data, and Digital.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned client locations according to the travel schedule.
- Interact with business owners and management teams.
- Understand client operations and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare practical action plans based on client requirements.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of approved improvement initiatives.
- Guide and train client employees on processes and systems.
- Review implementation progress and support resolution of operational challenges.
- Coordinate with the backend team for reporting, documentation, and follow-up.
- Prepare visit reports, action plans, and implementation updates.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and support client satisfaction.
Travel Requirement This is a field-based position requiring approximately 22 days of travel per month.

Erode | Coimbatore | Chennai | Thanjavur | Pattukottai | Chidambaram | Mannargudi | Krishnagiri | Other locations across Tamil Nadu
Required Skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
