Position Summary

We are seeking Business Consultant - Intern to join our Global Consulting Group. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for graduates who are curious about business, technology, and how organizations work, and who want to build a career in global technology consulting. You do not need prior experience in HR Technology, Learning Management Systems, or Cornerstone for this role. We will provide structured training to help you understand HR fundamentals, business processes, enterprise technology, and Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD). After successful completion of internship and certifications, Phenom Cloud will absorb interns as a Business Consultant.

As a Business Consultant - Intern, you will work with experienced consultants to understand customer requirements, configure solutions, test systems, prepare documentation, and support global customers in implementing and improving their learning and talent solutions. The role offers an opportunity to build expertise at the intersection of Business, HR, Technology, and Consulting.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Develop a solid understanding of how organizations manage their employees, with a focus on Learning, Development, Talent, and related HR processes.
- Participate in structured training on HR fundamentals, HR processes, HR Technology, Learning Management Systems, and Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
- Learn how enterprise organizations use technology to manage employee learning, development, compliance, certifications, and talent programs.
- Work with senior consultants to understand customer business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
- Participate in customer discovery sessions, requirements gathering, process discussions,



and solution design activities.
- Support configuration and administration of CSOD solutions under the guidance of experienced consultants.
- Assist with solution validation, system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting during customer implementations.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and deployment readiness activities.
- Update project documentation including requirements documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Assist with data preparation, validation, migration, and reconciliation activities as part of customer implementations.
- Support reporting, dashboards, and learning-related data requirements.
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions as your consulting skills develop.
- Work closely with Business Consultants, Technical Consultants, Project Managers, and customer stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support administrator training, user enablement, and post-go-live activities to help customers successfully adopt their solutions.
- Analyze customer requirements and issues, identify possible solutions, and work with senior consultants to resolve challenges.
- Develop strong consulting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills through hands-on project experience.
- Stay curious and continuously learn about HR, technology, AI, Learning Technology, and emerging enterprise applications.
- Progressively take ownership of assigned activities and workstreams as you develop your consulting and platform expertise.

Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline,



including Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- No prior experience in HR Technology, CSOD, or LMS platforms is required.
- Strong interest in learning how businesses and organizations work and how technology can improve business processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand processes, identify patterns, and think logically.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
- Ability to learn new concepts, technologies, and business processes quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with data, system configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and interact professionally with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in global time zones, including US business hours, as required.
