Experience: 5-10 Years

Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years of overall experience as a Business Analyst.
- 3+ years of BFSI (Banking & Financial Services) domain experience.
- Experience in preparing and managing:

- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)

- User Stories

- Use Cases
- Experience in developing BRDs for front-end applications.

- Strong understanding of

- Entity Relationship (ER) Models
- Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across:

- Business teams

- IT teams
- Third-party vendors
- Understanding of accounting concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle and deliver complex business requirements

Good-to-Have Skills

- Knowledge of Payments domain (UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Card Payments, Payment Gateway, etc.).
- Experience in digital banking or financial platform implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
