We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst - Pre-Sales who can understand client requirements, translate business needs into clear technical requirements, and work closely with our development team to prepare effective solutions, proposals, and project estimates.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with potential clients to understand their business and technical requirements.
- Analyze requirements and prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, workflows, and functional documentation.
- Participate in pre-sales calls, discovery meetings, and technical discussions.
- Convert client requirements into a transparent project scope and feature breakdown.
- Coordinate with developers and technical leads for effort estimation and solution planning.
- Prepare project proposals, scope documents, timelines, and cost estimations.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, assumptions, and technical challenges before development begins.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs.
- Handle client queries during the pre-sales and proposal stages.
- Support the sales team with technical and functional inputs.
- Ensure smooth handover of finalized projects from the pre-sales team to the development/project management team.
- Assist with RFP/RFQ responses and technical proposals.

Required Skills

- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Pre-Sales Analyst, or IT Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).




- Experience working with web applications, mobile applications, SaaS, eCommerce, or custom software development projects.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical clients.
- Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience preparing project estimates, proposals, and scope documents.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively between clients, sales teams, and developers.

Good to Have

- Experience with Laravel, React, Next.js, Node.js, AWS, APIs and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of AI/automation solutions.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Figma, or similar project management/documentation tools.
