About the Role

Kefaru Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills and an interest in understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Gather, document, and communicate functional and business requirements.
- Prepare requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and other BA documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Assist in solution discussions, product demonstrations, and client presentations.
- Track requirements, action items, changes, and project-related updates.
- Conduct research and prepare business/process analysis when required.
- Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of Business Analysis concepts and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or similar tools.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements.

Positive to Have
- Basic understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Knowledge of user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, and UAT.
- Exposure to client-facing projects or software implementation projects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other CRM solutions would be an advantage.

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
