EpicMinds is looking for a proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to support business operations, team coordination, AI content review, and product demonstration activities.
The ideal candidate should have robust communication and leadership abilities, good planning and organizational skills, and an interest in business analysis and AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Team Coordination
- Lead and coordinate assigned team activities effectively.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks for team members.
- Support internal teams in project execution and operational activities.
- Track task progress and ensure timely completion.
- Identify workflow gaps and support improvements in team productivity.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports, trackers, and project updates.
AI Content Review & Editing
- Review AI-generated content for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
- Edit and improve content to make it clear, engaging, and user-friendly.
- Ensure content follows company guidelines and quality standards.
- Identify repetitive, misleading, incomplete, or incorrect information and make necessary corrections.
- Maintain consistency and quality across assigned content.
Product Demonstrations & Client Interaction
- Occasionally accompany the team for product demonstrations to clients, educational institutions, or business partners.
- Assist in explaining product features and functionalities.
- Support the team in gathering customer feedback during demonstrations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of product demos.
- Gain practical exposure to client communication and business presentations.
