- Work on product enhancement and implementation of lending solutions including LOS, LMS, and CBS modules.
- Define and document credit underwriting workflows, credit scoring models, policy rules, and risk frameworks within the system.
- Collaborate with technology teams, business stakeholders, and implementation teams for solution design and product delivery.
- Support product lifecycle management including requirement gathering, product design, UAT, and rollout.
- Ensure alignment of product functionalities with banking regulations, credit policies, and risk guidelines.
- Work on digital lending journeys, STP processes, and automation of credit decisioning.
- Engage with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to understand market requirements and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
- Provide domain expertise during client implementations and solution discussions.
- Analyze market trends, regulatory changes,



and industry practices to enhance product offerings. Bachelor’s degree, Master’s, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required. 4 to 10 Years

- Strong understanding of the Lending Lifecycle, including Origination, Underwriting, Disbursement, Servicing, and Collections.
- Experience in Credit Risk Management, Credit Policy, Underwriting, or Lending Product Management.
- Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and Core Banking Systems (CBS).
- Familiarity with Retail, SME, or Corporate Lending processes.
- Exposure to risk-based pricing, credit scoring models, CAM automation, and credit policy frameworks.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance within the BFSI sector.
- Solid analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and documentation expertise.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments with technology and business teams.
