Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead and deliver global change initiatives across multiple regions and product lines within the Investment Banking domain. The role involves end‑to‑end project ownership—from requirements and design through testing and implementation—while partnering closely with Technology, Operations, Finance, and Front Office stakeholders.

You will drive regulatory, industry, and digital transformation programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, effective governance, and transparent communication across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Ownership

- Lead medium to large projects independently through the full SDLC, ensuring clear scope, structured governance, and successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, and data models.
- Drive solution design in partnership with Technology and ensure traceability from requirements through testing and implementation.
- Manage end-to-end testing cycles, including test strategy, UAT coordination, issue tracking, and obtaining sign-offs.
- Ensure project closure activities, documentation, and lessons‑learned are consistently completed.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

- Engage and influence a complex global stakeholder network across Operations, Technology, FO, and Compliance.
- Proactively build project pipelines,



prepare business cases, and provide transparent updates through weekly and monthly reporting.
- Anticipate issues and manage risks/ dependencies with clarity and urgency.
- Lead and mentor BA teams and help establish onboarding frameworks for new members.

Business & Domain Expertise

- Apply strong knowledge of capital markets, including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives.
- Demonstrate understanding of trade lifecycle, investment banking processes, regulatory impacts, and operational workflows.
- Support transformation initiatives involving workflow re-engineering, data analytics, and digital modernization.

Analytical & Technical Skills

- Hands-on proficiency with MS Office tools, process mapping, workflow modeling, and structured documentation.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Data analysis and visualization skills using tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, etc. (added advantage).
