Business Analyst and Trainer Role

Business analyst & trainer role in Customer Development Team with positive knowledge of Oracle Banking Products OBPM, OBBRN, OBTF, OBTR, OBELCM, OBCL

Business Analyst

- Discussion of requirement with client
- Requirement analysis and fitment for customizations
- Functional approach preparation
- Test plan preparation
- Test plan execution

Trainer

- Training in OB products OBPM, OBBRN, OBTF, OBTR, OBELCM, OBCL
- End user training pack preparation Training presentation slide deck, Basic and Advanced Questionnaire for trainee evaluation.
- Conducting training sessions to end users of financial institutions.
- Supporting hands-on training to users.

Roles & Responsibility

- Functional Team Member role as a business analyst and trainer




- Responsible for functional support to the customization team through requirement analysis, functional design and testing of the customizations.
- Responsible for handling end user training

Domain skills: FCUBS, OBPM, OBBRN, OBTF and OBMA products (OBCFPM, OBCLPM, OBTFPM) Soft skills: Communication, Presentation, Customer Interactions, Team Coordination

Technical skills: Basic PL/SQL preferred

Experience: 6 10 Years

Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Education: Bachelors / Masters degree
