Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Wealth Management Brokerage Process . The role involves assisting customers with brokerage-related queries, providing operational support, ensuring accurate processing of requests, and delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to wealth management and brokerage services through voice and/or back-office support.
- Assist customers with account-related requests, transaction updates, and service-related concerns.
- Verify customer details and documentation as per company guidelines.
- Process customer requests accurately while maintaining service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support (BFSI/Brokerage/Wealth Management preferred) is mandatory.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of financial products or brokerage services will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

- CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Shifts: Rotational Shifts with Rotational Weekly Offs
- Cab Facility: Both-side cab facility available
