Job Summary

Deliver product training and workshops to salon professionals and KOSCA teams across South India - developing materials, coordinating curriculum with brand principals and tracking progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver hands-on product and technique training across the partner network.
- Develop training materials and curriculum in coordination with brand principals.
- Run launch onboarding so partner teams are ready before products reach the market.
- Travel across South India to conduct in-salon and branch-level workshops.
- Track attendance, certification and post-training outcomes.

Required Skills Qualifications
- Hairdressing, beauty or cosmetology qualification with salon-floor experience.
- Confident presenting and demonstrating to qualified audiences.
- Willingness to travel frequently across South India.




- Spoken English plus at least one South Indian language.

Preferred Skills
- Prior experience as a brand educator or platform artist.
- Familiarity with the Wella Company portfolio (Wella, SP, Sebastian, OPI).
