At The Cinnamon Kitchen, we bake the kind of treats you'd hide from your flatmates. They're made with better ingredients and a lot of love, and plenty of taste-testing goes into every batch. We're a small team with big standards, and we care about how every cookie, box and post looks and feels.
Now we're looking for someone to help TCK find its people.
The role, in a nutshell
You'll be our go-to person for every collaboration. If it's a creator, a brand, an event or a press moment, it goes through you. You'll find the right partners, get them excited about TCK, and make sure every collaboration feels like it came out of our kitchen.
What your days will look like
- Creators & UGC: finding creators who fit our vibe, from home bakers with 5K followers to the big names, and working with them on content people love to watch
- Brand collaborations: co-branded boxes, gifting hampers, café partnerships and pop-ups with brands that share our love for good things
- Events: planning sampling days, launches and community meetups where people get to taste TCK in person
- PR: working with our PR agency to plan launches, press moments and stories worth telling
- Keeping it on-brand: working closely with our creative team so every partnership looks and sounds like us
- Knowing what worked: tracking what each collaboration delivered, from content and reach to sales, so the next one is even better
You might be our person if you
- Have 2–3 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, PR or events, either at a premium brand or at an agency working with premium brands
- Can write a cold DM that gets a reply and hold your own in a negotiation
- Can tell a partnership that lifts a brand from one that just adds noise
- Have a growing network of creators and brands, or know how to build one quickly
- Stay organised when you're juggling ten partners, five timelines and one very full inbox
- Get excited about food, lifestyle and brands with taste. Bonus points if you already have a favourite TCK product
