Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Onboarding Specialist to work closely with clients and brands and understand their property requirements.

The role involves requirement gathering, property matching, onboarding properties, client communication, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of each requirement.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with brands and clients to understand their property requirements.
- Collect details such as location, budget, property type, size, and other preferences.
- Identify and suggest suitable properties based on requirements.
- Coordinate with the Commercial and Residential teams as required.
- Assist in onboarding suitable properties into the company system.
- Maintain accurate client, brand, and property information.




- Coordinate with property owners and clients for further discussions and site visits.
- Follow up with clients, brands, owners, and internal teams.
- Keep CRM and company records updated.
- Share relevant property details with the appropriate team.
- Support the team in day-to-day property and client coordination.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, brands, and property owners.

Requirements
- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of client requirements.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage daily tasks.
- Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
