About Earthen TexturesEarthen Textures Pvt. Ltd. is an architectural wall texture and decorative finishes company working closely with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and other professionals in the architecture and construction industry.

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Executive who can represent Earthen Textures in the market, build strong professional relationships and increase awareness and specification of our products.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly visit architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers and other industry professionals.
- Introduce and present Earthen Textures' products, finishes, samples and applications to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers and other key industry contacts.
- Identify new projects, business opportunities and potential clients through regular field activity.
- Conduct product presentations and meetings at architects' offices, design studios, project sites and client offices.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication to develop opportunities.
- Coordinate internally with the sales, marketing and technical teams for samples, product information and client requirements.
- Gather market feedback and information about competitor products,



trends and customer preferences.
- Maintain proper records of daily visits, leads, follow-ups and potential projects.
- Support brand-building activities, exhibitions, events and other offline marketing initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confident and comfortable with daily field visits and face-to-face client meetings.
- Ability to build skilled relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and contractors.
- Self-motivated, presentable and proactive.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic understanding of architecture, interiors, construction materials, paints, textures or building products will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in field marketing, architectural products, building materials, paints, interiors or construction-related industries will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Ahmedabad and nearby areas as required.

ImportantThis is a field-oriented marketing position and not a purely office-based or digital marketing role. The selected candidate will be expected to spend a significant part of their working time meeting architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and other prospective clients.
